Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on compliance with the CFPB's open banking rule
Develop and refine policies related to consumer financial data rights and privacy compliance
Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on privacy obligations and consumer rights


Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in at least one state
