Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of federal and state corporation income tax returns
Respond to client tax questions and assist in M&A transactions
Review monthly client billing reports and provide updates on tax process status


Required Qualifications:

3+ years of corporate income tax compliance or accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax
Strong knowledge of federal/state corporation income tax returns
Experience with tax software systems, ideally CCH Axcess or similar
