Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the Board of Directors
Lead revenue cycle management and ensure best-in-class revenue collection
Manage accounting processes including AP/AR workflow and financial reporting



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
12+ years of financial management experience in healthcare services
Knowledge of fee-for-service and value-based payment models
