Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in hospitality technology with advanced troubleshooting skills
Expertise in tools like Sentry, Sumo Logic, and DataDog
Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Cloud and JIRA
Hotel experience in Front Office, Sales, Reservations, or Revenue Management preferred
