We need an exceptional receptionist to run the front desk of a professional real estate company. There is room for growth eventually, great work environment and the company offers excellent benefits one you are hired on permanently.



Basic job duties:

* Ability to work independently, self starter and good organizational skills. We need the type of person that LOOKS for more work instead of sitting around!

* Greeting clients/customers in a happy manner

* Answering multi-line phones, screening and transferring to appropriate dept or employee

* Ability to use MS Word and Excel. Will create and modify Word documents and spreadsheets as needed.

* Detail orientation - able to effectively proofread and edit emails and documents as needed
