Seeking an experienced AA who is proactive, client-focused and self-motivated!
In this fast-paced, team based environment, you will be the "go to" person for a wide range of functions, including:
directly supporting a busy Executive Team with calendaring, travel arrangements, creating advanced PowerPoint presentations, managing the client database and providing superior customer service to both internal and external clients. You may also assist various departments with planning events and conferences.
Ideal candidate will have advanced MS Office experience, a high sense of confidentiality, and be able to work well with both internal and external customers. A successful candidate will have at least 3 years of previous office/administrative support experience, outstanding communication skills, and be ready to hit the ground running.
