Golden opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant!
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Manage and schedule business appointments
? Ensure that only what really needs the CEO's attention gets past your desk by screening phone calls, reviewing incoming mail, responding promptly to correspondence on behalf of the executives where required, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and preparing meeting materials
? Manage the executive's meeting readiness; providing relevant notes, agendas and briefings
? Responsible for arranging and coordinating all logistics, catering and refreshments for meetings
? Responsible for taking minutes at all executive meetings
? Manage follow-up to other business leaders to ensure that suspense dates for tasks are met, circulate meeting minutes to ensure follow-through, etc
? Coordinate and schedule complex travel arrangements (domestic and international)
? Manage expense reports and ensure timely and accurate submission for payment
? Organize and maintain filing system to ensure efficient retrieval and response
? Research business related topics and create white papers as needed
? Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
? Additional duties include managing routine office activities such as supplies, coordinating repairs, etc.
? Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
