Brea/Yorba Linda Area- Electrical and Lighting Supplier is seeking a Project Coordinator for their growing team. This company has been in business for over 100 years and still growing!



Candidates should be a Self starter, Organized, can Multi-tasked, have Good communication skills and Detail oriented



Description of job:

Will need to review and counts on plans. Will take that information and quote to the customer. Once PO received convert to order and manage the availability of material & ship dates constantly communicating with the customer. Follow through with status reports, freight claims, processing defectives and credit memos. Very busy environment



Requirements:

A background in construction management a plus-

Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Navision is a huge plus.
