Reputable Investment Firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an Administrative Executive Assistant



Great company in Beverly Hills is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO of this organization.

Duties will be:

Heavy travel arrangements. Travel will be domestic and international. EA selected will be responsible for maintaining the CEO's calendar, heavy email follow up with clients and coordinating dinners or lunches with existing or prospective clients.

Candidates with some graphic design/Adobe photo shop experience is a huge plus!! They are seeking a pro active candidate who can own their responsibilities. Projects may vary depending on the business trends.



Qualified candidates should have C-Level Executive support and/or supporting a VP.



Preferred:

-- Bachelor's Degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

-- 2 to 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, providing C level staff, in a similar --sized organization. Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
