Key Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective philanthropic grantmaking organizations and develop cultivation plans
Manage the CFR grants program from planning to application, approval, and reporting
Coordinate funder visits and engagement events to enhance pipeline development


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred
At least 3 years of relevant grant management experience
Experience working within an academic or scientific organization preferred
Familiarity with grant management systems and databases
