The Systems Engineering Electronic Warfare (EW) Electronic Support (ES) Systems Department is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer committed and passionate about creating innovative and cost-effective EW solutions to support the Advanced Airborne RF (AARF) business area relating to Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Attack (EA) capability development.

You will decide how to capture those requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents.
You will trace the flow of requirements between different parts of the program to ensure that all areas have the complete information appropriate to their activity.
Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years professional experience.
Experience with systems design and requirements engineering on EW/Radar programs.
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps)
S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management experience.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years

Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
