Key Responsibilities

Arrange and host visits for clients and academia, including facility tours
Facilitate communication between clients, Business Development, and Operations to ensure program alignment
Manage the Client Satisfaction Program and report results to management


Required Qualifications

DEC or BAC specializing in business or life sciences
1+ years of experience in project management or a client-facing role in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
Bilingualism in French and English
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce preferred
