This individual will work alongside various cross-functional teams: Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales (for support to prospects and customers). The Product Manager will be an expert in the Gappify product who focuses on product journey/enhancement and assists Sales in presenting the value proposition and benefits of the Gappify solution to prospects and customers from demo through Proof of Concept. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals and experience working closely with various business units (Sales, Engineering, Marketing). This individual will have excellent communication skills and will be a strong team player.This is What You'll Do at Gappify - Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and caters to the unique requirements of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers in the accounting domain.
- Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct extensive market research and gather customer insights to identify pain points, opportunities, and emerging trends. Translate these findings into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring a balance between customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements. Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and launch as tied to Product KPI's.
- Product Launch and Adoption: Drive the product launch process, including creating go-to-market strategies, focusing on UI/UX, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing sales enablement. Monitor product adoption and usage to identify areas for improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize product analytics and user feedback to measure product performance, identify areas for optimization, and inform future development efforts.

- MBA, Masters in Product Management, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS applications catering to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
- Accounting Expertise: Knowledge or drive to build knowledge of accounting processes, workflows, and industry-specific challenges.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated adeptness empathizing with customers and translating their needs into successful Product features.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration: Proven mastery of cross-functional communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Acumen: Comfort working with highly technical teams and understanding complex, technical concepts.
