Title: Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service



Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Pharmacy Technician- Customer Service job in Sacramento,ca). This is for a long-term temporary opportunity. As a Pharmacy Technician you will interact with customers via telephone and in person to provide information, process transactions, and reply to inquiries about products and services. Responsibilities for this Pharmacy Technician position include:



• Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level

• Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols

• Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service

• Prepares and fulfills prescription orders

• Organizes medications



Qualifications:



• 2Years of Experience

• Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of their shift

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter

• Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word

• Able to work in a team environment





We have openings on Part-time



Pay for this position is $17/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
