Assist Relationship Managers with client inquiries, requests, and document collection
Create memos and compile monthly management reports with operational statistics
Process client-directed inquiries and maintain updates in the client management system

Required Qualifications and Education

BA/BS degree preferred
3+ years of experience in trust, financial services, legal, or account management
Experience interacting with various organizational levels, including senior leaders
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
