Our mission is to democratize the pro sports experience for all athletes.Led by AI experts from Tesla & Apple, we are a small but passionate team building a category-leading consumer product and pushing the limits of what's possible on a mobile device.Recent achievements include: 2023 Apple Design Award, Editors' Choice on the App Store, and 4x App of the Day Featured in , , , , Trusted by 50k+ players, coaches, and federations all across the globe Investors include Andy Roddick, Lindsay Davenport, and James BlakeThe RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead performance marketing efforts that will drive customer acquisition, retention, virality, and monetization.The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. The final salary will be based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.Additional benefits include: equity, performance-based bonus, PTO, 401(k); and medical, dental & vision.Responsibilities - Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, funnel marketing, brand partnerships and on-the-ground activation to drive app downloads and subscriptions
- Continuously optimise campaigns and A/B test to attract the most engaged users and drive higher conversion, retention, referral rates and lifetime customer value
- Analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing and product strategy
- Own conversion rate optimisation throughout the customer funnel, including identifying, evaluating and prioritizing opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue generated from site content, email marketing, digital marketing, SEO/SEM and promotions
- Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
- Sustainably and cost-effectively grow our reach and lower CACRequirements
- Expertise running and optimizing ad campaigns on Youtube, Instagram, Google and TikTok
- Experience with SEO/SEM
- Experience leveraging metrics, KPIs and data to generate creative ideas
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skillsPreferred
- 5+ years experience in building demand generation programs at a leading, brand-conscious, D2C company
- Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude and data visualization
- Experience working with brand and social media influencersBonus
