It combines medical and social services along with vigilant care planning and coordination in order to keep frail seniors safely living at home and in their communities. This unique and highly effective model utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach to care planning to drive high quality, affordable, integrated healthcare services to the elderly. - - - -The salary range for the Enrollment Devp Rep/Outside Sales Rep 1 role - at Center For Elders Independence is $ 76,689 - $ 115,003. Wages/salary are based on the market for the - Enrollment Coordinator/Outside Sales Rep 1 position, as well as experience, skills, abilities and work history - - -Position Description: - - -The Outreach Specialists are the stars of our Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment Team supporting all marketing, outreach and enrollment efforts for CEI's Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). They will conduct marketing events to Increase PACE awareness within an assigned geographical area. The EDR I focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community based organizations and will be the initial primary point of contact representing PACE to the senior population within culturally diverse populations and underserved communities. The primary responsibility for the EDR I is to increase census for their assigned PACE center(s). They must be able to identify new referral sources, generate new leads, schedule visitors to tour PACE center(s) and procure qualified leads which lead to enrollments. The EDR I will be responsible for professionally representing the PACE program by maintaining strict adherence with local, state, and federal laws, and CEI Business Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior. The EDR I must work as part of a local team, concentrating on the delivery of high quality services to all of our potential prospects and partners. They will be instrumental in supporting the PACE Center Director with marketing plans and retention strategies to maintain participant census. - - - - - -Relevant Skills and Experience: - - - - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field of study preferred.
- A minimum of two years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience is required.
- Healthcare business development experience and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare reimbursement space - Medicare, Medi-Cal - preferred.
- A demonstrated history of success in goal attainment.
- Excellent customer service and service recovery skills
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills.
- Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish; English/Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese; English/Vietnamese or other.
- Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM and MS Office.
