The Finance Transformation & Digital Hub team (TDH) acts as a federated digital transformation function, driving employee's happiness, efficiency, and effectiveness with fast and long-term scalable and sustainable approach. We are a team of innovators and problem solvers, who identify, innovate, architect, drive & deliver solutions to bring processes to life.The successful candidate will work from MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services, the international Shared Service Center that provides financial and administrative services to the different companies within the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group.What You'll Do

• Innovate & Solve: apply technical skills to support innovative solutions addressing business challenges.
• Build the Future: assist in building digital solutions, including automation, RPA, ERP, cloud, or low-code applications.
• Transform Finance: support the execution of digital transformation projects within the finance domain by sharing insights and ideas for improvements.
• Collaborate & Contribute: work closely with a dynamic team of experts to ensure the successful delivery of every project and help to resolve the minor issues of your project team.
• Grow & Learn: support the adoption and utilization of modern technologies to enhance business outcomes with a human-centered focus.Who You Are
  • Education: you hold a University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: you have relevant experience in a technical role with business interaction, or a business role with tech interaction. Also, basic experience in developing and delivering technical solutions (e.g., Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, SAP). Additional certifications (RPA, project management, risk management...) will be a plus.
  • Soft skills: you're a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach, eager to learn and work on new topics. You'll also need effective communication skills and the ability to assist in storytelling and presentations.What we offer
