We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Caf-- Manager to oversee our caf-- operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers. The Caf-- Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.Duties Oversee daily caf-- operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the caf--. Train, develop, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and uphold company standards. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in menu items. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food management and timely service. Plan and coordinate special events or banquets as needed to enhance customer engagement. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety practices. Experience in training development to foster team growth and performance improvement. Familiarity with quick-service fast food restaurant operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
