Key Responsibilities

Coordinate HEDIS and CAHPS submissions and ensure adherence to NCQA standards
Analyze data and develop presentations for committees and educational materials
Manage project documentation and support the project life cycle from inception to closure


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's preferred
4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care
Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
