Our esteemed client is an independent insurance organization that provides a variety of insurance and reinsurance products and services to general business, corporate, governmental, institutional, professional, trade association and individual clients.
This is a helpdesk position working with windows based end users as well as backroom server hardware and software both locally and remotely using remote access support software. Some of the technologies we utilize are Citrix, HP ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, Cisco, Fort iGATE, SonicWALL, Backup Exec, Unitrends, Barracuda, Microsoft Windows Server 2000 to 2012, Kaseya, Linux, VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization.
The environment is fast-paced and challenging. Projects both on the floor and in the server room will be part of your continued education. HIPPA and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance are guidelines that govern the Insurance Industry and will be introduced as part of your employment.
Wage and the possibility of permanent employment will be based on knowledge, motivation and aptitude.

Applicants must possess or be in the process of completing their Associates in Applied Science and must already have completed:
? A+ Certification
Comp Hardware & Desktop Support (5026) and or Network Admin: MS Windows Server (5124) having exposure to both curriculums will be a plus.
