Adecco is currently assisting a local client in filling an Advertising and Promotional Solutions Coordinator position in Irvine, CA. This person will review, analyze, and ensure regulatory compliance of routine promotional materials and programs for assigned products. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail and can effectively interface with multiple departments.



Job Duties of the Advertising and Promotional Solutions Coordinator Include:

- Initiates, monitors, and releases jobs, including re-approvals, in the electronic review system.

- Reviews and provides comments on promotional materials and programs, such as sales aids, slides decks, websites, sales training and monographs, for compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Maintains knowledge and awareness of company?s products, clinical research and current regulations through reading, attending seminars, meetings or formal classes.

- Initiates job routing in electronic approval system by ensuring correct team reviewers are assigned per SOP, tracks job progress through the system and properly advances job through cycles of review.

- Has the authority to release final jobs in the electronic approval system when they meet criteria for release as defined in SOP, or refers any discrepancies to the appropriate APC reviewer for resolution.
