A reputable company located in Carpinteria is looking for a Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join their Marketing team. This individual is responsible for coordinating the administrative aspects of direct mail production including invoicing, clerical functions, and special projects to support the Marketing Division. Some additional essential functions:

-Process production samples

-Maintain proofreading log

-Create purchase orders for collateral projects

-Perform miscellaneous functions



Qualifications:

-High School Degree or Equivalent

-Minimum of one year of administrative/clerical work

-Experience in print production/lettershop processes desirable.

-Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
