Excellent opportunity for seasoned experienced Auto Cad candidate, many of the position objectives are below along with general duties..



Duties and Responsibilities

?Creates final drawing of proposals, checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.



?Utilizes knowledge of blueprint plotters, engineering systems, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings.



?Assists in the completion of construction documents. Works under the direction of a Job Captain, and/or Project Architect.



?Detailed knowledge of codes associated with the project type being worked on and able to apply this knowledge in the completion of assignments.



?Assists in research of custom architectural details for the projects they are working on. Draws finished designs from sketches.



?Verbally communicates with their supervisor all aspects relating to the project in regards to codes, detailing, building systems, products and consultants as a minimum.



?Must be able to supervise and lead more entry level Cad operators along with assigning tasks.



?Assists with and adjustments or changes necessary for project completion.



?Fluent in current computer assisted design and drafting software application



Knowledge of MS Office suite required: (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.), word processing software (MS Word, Adobe Acrobat), spreadsheet software (MS Excel), Primavera Contact Management software, project management software (Contract Manager), Revit and AutoCAD Architectural Desktop.



Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, highly organized, and must have proven effective communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities and at all levels of the organization.
