Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve complex billing issues and account reconciliations
Process payments, adjustments, claims, and denials accurately and timely
Build relationships with internal and external clients to improve reimbursement processes


Required Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
One or more years of experience in patient financial services or insurance processes
Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
Experience in registration, billing processes, and denials is desired
