A company is looking for a Senior Product Specialist to provide advanced technical support for Tekla PowerFab products.



Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier III technical support via email, phone, and remote methods for Tekla EPM, Tekla EPM Go, and Trimble Connect
Assist with escalated Tier I and Tier II cases and participate in internal training to enhance knowledge
Create support articles and maintain Jira defects and feature requests related to software issues and improvements


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with PowerFab (Fabsuite)
Knowledge of the steel industry
