A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Oversight and Audit Analyst responsible for vendor oversight and compliance in loan servicing operations.



Key Responsibilities

Work with Vendor Management and regulators on loan servicing audit functions
Maintain and update Audit and Vendor Oversight Policies and Procedures based on regulatory changes
Produce reporting packages for compliance reviews and executive management


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred
3-5 years of mortgage servicing oversight experience required
3-5 years of experience in an audit field preferred
Demonstrable knowledge of mortgage servicing regulatory guidelines required
Proficient in spreadsheet management with MS Excel and database management with MS Access preferred More...
