Seeking a Customer Support Representative for an excellent company with a wonderful atmosphere.

This is a newly created role due to the rapid expansion of their business, focusing on account management of existing clients. You will be working with some of the top companies in the bay area and beyond, so confidence, positivity, and professionalism are keys to success in this role.



Desired qualifications



-Bachelor's degree in communication or a technical field or equivalent experience

- Experience in customer service or customer support

- Clerical abilities

-Technical aptitude / great math skills

-LOTS of Confidence



This individual will be responsible for the following:



- Managing customer orders in a database

- Following up and tracking orders

- interacting with clients on the phone and in-person

- Troubleshooting technical issues with clients.



Empathy, intelligence, and technical savvy are keys to success in this role. The majority of interaction with clients will be over the phone.



The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking purchase orders, working with sales and technical teams, and gaining significant product knowledge in order to provide information about the custom solutions this company offers. This is not a sales position. Candidates will be working directly with established clients over the phone - building relationships and processing requests.
