Can you help support our San Francisco client for an initial 20 hour a week job? &nbsp;This opportunity has the potential to &quot;scale up&quot; in hours and can potentially convert to fulltime. &nbsp;Please apply directly to the positing if you are interested<br>&nbsp;<br>BRING ON YOUR GENIUS SKILLS!<br>&nbsp;<br>Essential Functions:<br>&bull; Provides technical support to Mac end users on a variety of issues. <br>&bull; Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Mac hardware and software issues. <br>&bull; Performs applications and software tests to confirm stability and functionality. <br>&bull; Documents/updates inventory information/assigns assets to users in inventory database. <br>&bull; Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution. <br>&bull; Maintains, upgrades and/or replaces computer hardware and software <br>&bull; Maintains and replaces consumables for color laser and inkjet office printers. <br>&bull; Maintains and manages warranty and service agreement information (AppleCare). <br>&bull; Coordinates hardware repairs. <br>&bull; Liaison with technical staff to identify and resolve network/cross platform issues. <br>&bull; Coordinates orders/handles shipping/receiving computer hardware/software/supplies. <br>&bull; Images and sets up desktops and laptops for users. <br>&bull; Understand and coordinate with the technical needs of the Creative, Photo Studios and Business Systems teams. <br>&bull; Respond to client inquiries regarding hardware such as additions, moves and changes to peripherals. <br>&bull; Provide equipment and software application training for users. <br>&bull; Continuously expand technical knowledge. <br>&nbsp;<br>All right you MAC GENIUS... apply directly to this posting<br>&nbsp;<br></span> More...
