Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and research details of auto accidents to determine payers
Make high-volume outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys
Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid claims


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Driven and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications
