A company is looking for a People Generalist to lead internal communications and design People programs that drive performance and foster a strong organizational culture.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies related to People programs
Support day-to-day People functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
Oversee learning and development programming and provide guidance on performance management and talent development


Required Qualifications and Education

At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources as a business partner, consultant, or generalist
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced startup or large organization environment
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices and performance management
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in related fields preferred
