Your work in this role will directly and significantly impact the improvement of our products' overall experiences. This individual will help create streamlined processes and programs that ensure research value across our entire Product Experience organization.Success in this role will require effective collaboration across several stakeholder groups to create alignment, efficient working agreements, and clear expectations. It will also depend on building strong relationships with researchers, establishing solid rapport, and instilling trust. Last, success in this role will be defined by exceptional organizational skills and a strong desire to create and maintain mutually beneficial outcomes. This individual must have a growth mindset and be able to address the organization's operational needs tactically and efficiently.Our Product Experience team focuses on our customers and their business needs. We employ insights, pixels, and words to solve big problems and create delightful experiences.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of UX Research.Responsibility - Oversee the recruitment and operational efforts for research panels across multiple research teams and initiatives, ensuring a smooth, end-to-end experience for participants and stakeholders.
- Identify processes, programs, or products that allow the team to capitalize on creative solutions that minimize effort and improve value.
- Actively and effectively work with partners to advance research initiatives in a relevant and timely manner.
- Successfully lead several moving parts to any project, remaining mindful of scope, constraints, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Track, measure, and report work that is carried out by the team to identify strengths as well as areas for improvement.
- Become knowledgeable of UX Research practices to create and maintain cohesion between ResOps and UX Research effectively.
- Identify possible solutions that streamline existing processes, being mindful of integration and automation opportunities.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Entry level; no minimum years of specific experience supporting research operations required.
- Experience working on cross-functional or cross-disciplinary teams.Preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and/or IaaS technology companies and/or industry.
- Proficiency using Google Workspace products.
- Familiarity with UX Research standard methodologies.
- Ability to tactically address bottlenecks, blockers, and holding patterns in a way that results in optimal project completion times.
- Experience using other UX Research and ResOps platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Ethnio, Respondent).
- Ability to communicate and collaborate comfortably with relevant stakeholder groups (e.g., legal, security, compliance, data science, product management).
- Experience in other domains of ResOps (e.g., knowledge management, advocacy, competency, governance, tool management).
- Experience working on teams that have transitioned from reactive to proactive operational states.Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
- California: $79,500.00 - $115,150.00 base salary.
- Illinois and Colorado: $74,400.00 - $96,750.00 base salary.
- Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $74,400.00 - $103,425.00 base salary.
