About the Role We are looking for a Test Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of automotive products through verification processes. This position involves writing detailed test cases, creating and conducting tests in Applied's simulation environments, and executing them to verify system functionality against defined specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering and proficiency in simulation tools. At Applied you will: - Collaborate with system development teams to understand system requirements and define appropriate platform independent test cases.
- Design test cases and test procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Utilize various testing methodologies and Applied's tools to conduct functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing in simulation and on-road.
- Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and work with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Create KPI reports based on test results
We're looking for someone who has: - Understanding of automotive systems and components, particularly in ADAS.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and processes related to automotive systems.
- Experience with HIL and SIL testing environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
