Title: Business Systems Analyst (Oracle Supply Chain)

Job Description:We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Oracle ERP and Supply Chain/Finance modules. This role supports Oracle ERP transformation projects, focusing on supply chain and finance integration. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion/Cloud or EBS) and proficiency in data validation, SQL, and integration work.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements within supply chain and finance.
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle ERP, including Supply Chain, Finance, Order Management (OM), Procurement (PO), WMS, and EDI.
• Support data migration and integration, including 3PL and EDI, and assist with Oracle Cloud ERP transition.
• Run scripts, validate data, and perform data analytics with SQL, PL/SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel.
• Troubleshoot functional/technical issues with internal teams and vendors.
  Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years as a BSA with Oracle ERP (EBS or Cloud/Fusion) in supply chain/finance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, data validation, and Tableau.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain processes and finance modules, plus 3PL, EDI, and WMS integration.
  • Preferred: Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion, Snowflake, and LATAM localization.
    Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
