Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor auditing workload and communicate status to management
Perform inpatient coding audits and ensure accuracy of reports before submission to clients
Provide education and training to team members and assist with performance improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications

5+ years of facility inpatient coding experience
5+ years of facility auditing experience
CCS and RHIA or RHIT credentials preferred
Experience in academic/level 1 trauma centers
