My client is looking to fill 1 full-time Direct Hire Director of Risk Management for a position available in Murrieta, California.

*Responsibilities of the Director of Risk Management*
* Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Director, Risk Management is responsible for directing, organizing, leading, implementing and supervising day to day operations of the Risk Management efforts for our Healthcare client. The director serves as the hospital Patient Safety Officer and Compliance Officer.

*Qualifications*
* Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing or graduate of an accredited collegiate program in a health-science related field.
* Master's degree in a healthcare related field, or a Bachelor's degree in related field with seven (7) years of director level experience; required
* At least four (4) years leadership experience in an acute care facility
* Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management of Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
