Key Responsibilities

Develop business processes for successful submission and reconciliation of encounter submissions to Medicaid/Medicare
Lead a team to enhance encounter acceptance rates and ensure compliance with standards
Identify long-term improvements and automation opportunities for error correction processes


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related fields, or 3+ years of Medicare/Medicaid claims processing or auditing experience
2+ years of leadership or team management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Intermediate Excel skills
Prior experience in a fast-paced insurance or healthcare setting
Working knowledge of Edifecs and HERO applications preferred More...
