Job Details - Follows clearly defined procedures to provide support to cardiologists, Radiologists and registered nurses for the execution and technical analysis of procedures performed in the Interventional Radiology Lab
- Integrates education, technical competence and patient interaction skills to execute safe and precise treatment under the supervision of a Cardiologist
- Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication
- Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety to help deliver optimal patient care
- May be responsible for mentoring and training students
Job Requirements - RCIS or ARRT - Radiology. If ARRT (R) must have California radiology technologist license
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS
- 1 year of experience as IR Tech
Schedule Information - Shift: 4 x 10 Days, M-F 0700-0900 start times
- No weekend requirement
- Rotating nights and weekend calls
