Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a remote team of Social Workers and promote professional growth
Oversee quality assurance and documentation improvement plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinical quality goals are met



Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required; LCSW preferred
8+ years of experience in healthcare social work, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Highly preferred experience in dementia and/or palliative care
