Other responsibilities include producing excellent offers, marketing systems, promotions, advertising, media buying, branding, player development, and the Player's Club.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for directing the overall marketing operations and the integrity of daily operations and the marketing department. Interfaces with casino administrative and operational departments to foster cooperation toward achieving all marketing objectives. Works to utilize all available marketing resources, both locally and globally, to coordinate and implement strategic alliances with reputable business partners, creating greater brand awareness and financial benefit. Develops, implements and manages new programs and operational goals for promotional activities that will stimulate and gain new business while improving on existing activities. Responsible for understanding the competitive marketplace regarding marketing strategies, programs, campaigns and promotions. Uses knowledge about competitors' hosting plans to identify ways to increase efficiencies to improve product or service at the property. Prepares, monitors and adheres to the annual marketing plan and budget that will maintain and grow a strong local base of customers, along with cultivating and attracting outer market and new business aligned with the business objectives and drive long-term profitability. Develops and directs the execution of strategies and programs to achieve maximized revenue, acquisition, retention, and profitability goals. Responsible for becoming local and regional market expert regarding business marketing issues and make recommendations on driving short- and long-term strategies through identifying emerging trends. Ensures all advertising and marketing communications are coordinated, actively support marketing plan objectives, and are an effective expenditure of resources. Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to maximize effectiveness of all marketing activities. Oversees contracts with various vendors including suppliers, advertising services, or public relations agencies. Contributes to the value proposition of the loyalty program to ensure the Player's Club is competitive and cost-efficient for the company. Enthusiastically supports, promotes and demonstrates outstanding internal and external guest service in accordance with company standards.
