- - - - - - - Customer Service / Delivery: o - - Assure complete and on-time attainment of services delivery schedules. o - - Assure daily communication, coordination, and collaboration with the designated WSI primary and secondary POCs. o - - Collaborate with other departments within WSI to develop effective cross-functional relationships. o - - Assure attainment of general operating plan revenue generation. o - - Assure control of WIP, thru-put times, off-standard / non-billable situations, and inventory levels as applicable. o - - Assure weekly SLA / KPI performance and CI progress review meetings are conducted with WSI leadership. - - - - - - - - - - - - Services Quality: o - - Assure effective systems to provide executional accuracy and output specifications conformance meets or exceeds WSI requirements. o - - Assure performance of random in-process and end-item sampling and inspection as required for general application, specific products, specific operations, and specific associates. o - - Assure QA data is collected, analyzed, and tracked relative to key conformance data at the associate and operational levels to assure focused and effective corrective action. - - - - - - - Cost Control and Reduction: o - - Facilitate continuous improvement in all areas of total cost. - - - o - - Assure labor utilization efficiency of 100% or higher. o - - Assure control and minimization of operating overtime. o - - Assure control and continuous improvement in off-standard or other non-valued-added labor costs. o - - Assure operating budget spending control performance. o - - Support the introduction of new technology, methods, and systems. - o - - Assure protection of proprietary technologies, systems, and methods. o - - Assure maximization of materials utilization. o - - Assure utilization, maintenance, and protection of all assets. o - - Assure accurate and prompt reporting and tracking of all daily / weekly SLA / KPI information. - - - - - - - - Safety / Security: o - - Assure consistent implementation of and compliance with all OSHA / EPA / FDA / WSI safety, ergonomic, and risk management regulations, policies, guidelines, and initiatives as they specifically relate to safe, secure, and effective operations to include the implementation of any/all new and/or revised regulations and guidelines. o - - Assure regularly scheduled safety work group (Safety Committee) process audits and facility inspections are conducted, findings recorded, observations shared / communicated to all stakeholders, and recommendations evaluated and acted upon as required. o - - Assure all accidents, incidents, and near misses are recorded, thoroughly investigated, solutions developed, and corrective actions implemented to prevent and/or minimize the opportunity for further reoccurrence. o - - Assure that all associates receive thorough and complete new-hire and/or targeted safety training as well as any required training updates and/or required refresher training. o - - Assure that in job design and methods structuring, that all safety, ergonomic, PPE, dock-locking, and guarding-shielding requirements are appropriately incorporated. o - - Assure that all hazardous chemicals are labeled, containerized, stored, and handled in full compliance with all HAZMAT regulations and guidelines as applicable. o - - Assure that all operation-prescribed PPE - footwear, gloves, safety glasses, face shielding, aprons, guarding, shielding, harness and lifeline, etc. - is utilized by all colleagues and associates while working within applicable areas. o - - Assure complete implementation and stringent application of Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and protocols as applicable. o - - Assure the implementation and continuation of an ergonomic stretching exercise program to minimize exposure to musculoskeletal / repetitive stress injuries.
