Key Responsibilities

Communicates with company contacts regarding workers compensation and occupational medicine needs
Gathers necessary clinical information to process referrals and pre-authorizations according to insurance requirements
Verifies insurance coverage, tracks managed care approvals and denials, and schedules patient appointments


Required Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
One (1) year of post high school business or college course work preferred
Two (2) years of customer experience in a medical or insurance setting
