Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Tax Department to ensure timely and accurate tax preparation services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax and accounting, with 4 years in a managerial role
Proficiency in tax law, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance (CPA or EA preferred)
Familiarity with tax software (Lacerte preferred) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
