A company is looking for a Pre-Registration/Insurance Verification Representative (Pre-Visit Services) Bi-lingual preferred.



Key Responsibilities

Perform pre-registration and insurance verification within 24 hours of receipt for both inpatient and outpatient services
Contact physicians to resolve issues regarding prior authorization or referral forms and ensure compliance with payor specific payment window rules
Communicate with patients to confirm demographic information, quote/collect patient cost share, and instruct on appointment details


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
At least three years of insurance verification experience preferred
Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems
Proficiency in PC applications as required
