A company is looking for a Performance Specialist to drive customer success and support dealership partners.



Key Responsibilities:

Book appointments for the Performance team through calls and emails monthly
Strategize with Performance leaders to design, target, and implement action plans
Generate 50+ calls and emails daily to schedule Performance and/or Training sessions


Required Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Business Development Center Rep (BDC) in an Automotive Dealership
Adaptable, personable, and persistent
Must enjoy teamwork and collaboration
