Key Responsibilities

Assist Sales and Account Management with product pitches, consultations, and trainings
Collaborate closely with Product Management to drive new product development and communicate value propositions
Capture client feedback to identify product opportunities and relay information across teams


Required Qualifications

Experience in Capital Markets, specifically with Structured Products (ABS or RMBS)
Familiarity with legacy ABS workflow solutions like Intex or Bloomberg
Experience with Financial Technology, particularly SAAS products, Excel, SQL, or coding languages
5+ years of post-graduate work experience with at least 3 years in customer support roles
