Service oriented thinking along with excellent diagnostic and communication skills and a passion to resolve customer problems is a must have for this role.You will join an innovative and passionate team of engineers using cutting edge technologies like Generative AI, React, Go, Kubernetes, AWS Services, Karate, Observability tooling etc. We are looking for an engineer with a strong background in both front-end web technologies (React) and back-end leveraging (Go). You will be working on end-to-end features and services that enhance the product set and delight our customers.The engineer should have a genuine interest in all software technology and will be directly responsible for design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of high quality software components. The successful candidate will have a history of implementing software for highly available and durable cloud native platforms.Responsibilities - Build new features and maintain our existing application to improve the incident response and alerting experiences for engineers.
- Develop APIs and integrations with external platforms (e.g., Service Now, Wavefront, Pagerduty, JIRA).
- Be an active participant and team player in Engineering ceremonies, code reviews, product walkthroughs, and customer feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Respond to critical production escalation issues through shared on-call rotation.
- Champion engineering best practices and quality among your teammates and across the organization, including teaching and learning from your peers and responding to engineering related questions cross-departmentally.Minimum Requirements
