Key Responsibilities

Ensure policies and processes comply with regulatory requirements and align with management's risk appetite
Assist in risk assessments, product reviews, and evaluate control effectiveness while focusing on regulatory impacts
Monitor business activities for regulatory risks and collaborate with teams to implement risk mitigation measures

Required Qualifications

BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 to 7 years of experience in compliance, audit, or governance functions with knowledge of consumer finance protection regulations
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information
High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
