Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned claim inventory to achieve operational goals and optimal outcomes
Coordinate litigation management and communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding claims status
Prepare case analyses and make settlement recommendations to senior management



Required Qualifications and Education:

BS/BA degree in Business, Healthcare, Risk Management, or equivalent experience
Three years of medical professional liability claim management or equivalent experience
Intermediate knowledge of insurance coverage and claim resolution procedures
