- Responsible for development of robust test solution for SiTime's precision timing devices, taking into account quality, cost and time to market
- Perform board-level design of custom test boards and probe cards
- Set up, implementation, debug and optimization of test programs for automated testing
- Ensure the test program is scalable (multi-site), re-usable and accurate (GR&R)
- Responsible NPI (New Product Introduction) test package transfer to production
- Collaborate with overseas personnel to release test solutions into production
- Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects
- Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs
- B.S in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Masters or PhD preferred.
- Hands-on skills with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, uFLEX and LTX-Credence's ASL1K
- Knowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level design and debug.
- Experience in statistical analysis of test data.
- Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation. Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required.
- Excellent programming skills and prior experience with C++, experience with MATLAB and Python preferred but not required.
- Team player with a strong sense of urgency to meet test requirements on schedule.Bonus:
